*Today I pretended like I was asleep when Jacob came into our bedroom at 5:30 a.m. in hopes that he would go back to bed. He stood by my side of the bed and stared at me. He eventually gave up, woke Mr. Big up instead and off they went back to his room. Bad Mom=Me. (I told you I love my sleep!)
*I know why the dog keeps gaining weight. She eats our leftovers when I'm too lazy to throw them away. She's a garbage disposal. She MUST have rot gut!
*Sometimes I sing in the shower because I think it sounds good. Honestly, I have mad shower singing skills. You would be impressed.
*I also have OCD issues. I wash my hands constantly. I hate having dirt or grime on my hands. I change diapers all day long and create disease in my head. I wash with antibacterial soap and then use antibacterial gels. Constantly. It bugs me I do it so much.
*I'm also guilty of gossiping about people. I'm trying to quit. I really am.
*Although I abhor drunks, I occasionally (not lately or anytime the past two years) like to get drunk. I enjoy a night out on the town and getting tipsy.
*Sometimes my kids make me cry. I can look at them (on a good day) and cry knowing that they are mine and that they are here with us. I am so honored and grateful for them. They are my everything. I would die without those two boys.
*A girlfriend frequently tells me that I should have more time to myself. Find a hobby. Get a job. Do something that is for ME. I disagree. I think I like my life and the way things are. I'm happy. So sue me.
* Sometimes when my husband is snoring and I am trying to sleep, I'll kick him really hard and then act like I am asleep. (DITTO!)

When my kids wake up before 6:30am - I precede to tell them "it's still nighttime", so they go back to sleep...works well in the winter, a little hard in the summer when it's light outside!!!!!!!!
Hey, this is Angie's Mom from "Peas in My Pod". I noticed that you tagged her. Just want you to know that she has been really sick for over a week now and hasn't even been on her computer!! (You know she must not be feeling well) HA. So now the secret's out....I read your blog, too!!
