We went over our counter offer with potential buyers of this house yesterday afternoon. All documents signed, initialed and agreed upon. We should have final documents returned to us sometime today or early next week. I'll be glad when it's a "done deal".
We placed an offer on the other house last night. We totally expect a counter offer back. Nothing yet as of 3pm Sunday. This house buying routine is stressful!
Now I must---BREATHE!
