Tropical Storm Erin

Tropical Storm Erin made land today and it's been a dark, dreary day so far. I love weather like this because it makes you feel like you could sit around in your pajamas all day with not a care in the world. The satelite television has been spotty which has put a damper on Jacob's morning Noggin watching. He'll live. I think it's great because it makes him sit with me and talk to me. Ha ha! I finally put in a Thomas DVD to suffice. Joshua is still asleep at 9:30 am and I'm betting it's because his room is dark and he hasn't realized it's the morning yet. We've had a busy week/weekend so I'm sure he could use the extra rest. The winds are blowing hard and the rain is pounding my house... I hope that my enjoyment isn't short lived.

We are still in our jammies today. It's dark as night outside, but I still have tv reception most of the time. Ruins my plan to head to the HEB as we are out of milk and bread, but I'm not too worried about this one. It's Dean that I am starting to worry about.

I just found your blog and love it! I have two boys also (24 months and 15 months) and like reading about your adventures with Joshua and Jacob.
