Glad you're headed home, Mia!

My dear friend, Julie, has three children and one of them has been in the hospital for two whole weeks. Mia has been a fighter and a great patient through all of her trials. I can't really explain the full extent of her medical condition because I don't even understand even with Julie's great emails and explanations, but I will say she has had numerous surgeries, cat scans, and other medical tests that no three year old should have to go through. I have been praying and having all my friends/family praying too!

I got the best email from Julie tonight saying that she is headed home. She still has a long way to go with home intravaneous antibiotics through a port and a nurse to supervise. It's going to be nuts. To top it all off this family was moving during this into a rent home all the while they are building a new home. Mind you Julie has been up at the hospital while her other two kids are being cared for by other loved ones. Nuts, I tell you, nuts! I just wanted to share their story and ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
