Soccer is on the calendar!

Small Stuff Soccer started at the YMCA yesterday for Jacob. He was so excited to start. He did a lot better than last year and knew all the drills this year. He dribbled the ball up the field, around cones and into the goal. He really was good! I couldn't believe the difference in this year and last year. He received a dark blue YMCA logo'ed shirt and we meet every Tuesday at 6:30pm. He loves it and I'm glad! Now if Joshua can survive the practices without getting too many spankings for stealing soccer balls from the teams then we'll be doing great!

Yea! I really think soccer is good for kids. Welcome to organized chaos!

Great photo. We opted to skip soccer this year. Our schedules didn't allow for both kids to participate (different teams), so it wouldn't have been fair. Instead I brought Ashley to her first Brownie meeting tonight. She likes it and the meetings are always on Wednesdays (my day off). I think I can handle that.

Wow! :) Now it begins. Games, games and more games. :) Get good fold up chairs, a squishy cooler and a warm wool blanket. They come in very handy.
