My Mom is stable after her bypass surgery yesterday. The surgery took just over 6 hours. The blockage was much worse then they anticipated and they ran into some snaffoos. She's doing fine in ICU. They are keeping her comfortable. She's on all the machines and looks horrible, but we know that she's alive and well under everything. I will post a more lengthy update after our visit today. Jacob has Mother's Day Out and I'm headed out to drop him off for the day.
Thank you for all your prayers, thoughts and well wishes. Our family truly appreciates it.

My mom had heart bypass surgery in 1993, it's a terribly rough operation with a long recovery. I hope this fixes her problems.
