Bye Bye Halloween... Hello Thanksgiving!

Today I'm going through the house and putting the Halloween decorations away until next year. I'll put up the Thanksgiving things in their place. The yard will come down today too. It's always fun to put the things out and decorate, but never as fun to put it back up in the containers and haul it back up in the attic.

We're heading to Louisiana again for Thanksgiving. The opening of rifle season is always the weekend of Thanksgiving and Mr. Big is very excited about that. Jacob is going hunting for the first time this year with his Daddy at the young age of four. Mr. Jacob is so excited to go "camo-ing", as he calls it. I'm excited about the food and fellowship with our loved ones. Joshua is just excited to be alive and get into things. The mini-van will make the 5 hour ride over more smooth this year with a built in DVD player. We're very excited about a get away, much less lots of good food, shopping, hunting and new memories.

Sounds like a fun trip! Adam already put Halloween away - I think he was doing it while I was handing out candy ;)
