January
January always seems like such a let down to me. I miss the holidays and all the fun that goes along with it. Jacob started back to school after being off for two weeks and I miss him during the day. It's cold outside and yesterday it was raining. I dunno... maybe it's just me, but I find this time of year a little boring! I'm already thinking ahead to the next couple holidays like Valentines Day and Easter. So, what do you do to pass your time during the day?

I stumbled across your blog and thought I would leave a comment. I clean like a mad woman in January. With 2 kids, 2 dogs, 3 other kids that I watch during the week, a husband who works outside, all the snow and mush, there is always something that needs wiped down, cleaned, scrubbed, picked up, etc. It's not fun but I love getting my house back in order after the holidays and it makes this boring month go that much faster.
UGH, I so know what you mean. January is the longest month of the year. I was just talking to a coworker about it. I think it's the letdown from the holidays, weather (haven't seen the sun in ages), work is really busy and nothing really to look forward to. I don't really know how to pass the time, but I know I am much happier when January ENDS. Sigh. Blah.

I'm like you, a little down this time of the year. Done with holiday's, done with the snow, not a whole lot on the horizon to look forward to and get excited about.
I usually just hit the gym a whole lot more. Endorphins are the answer! : )
