I dropped my little man off at Play school this morning, 9am. He was very excited to go to school today. He carried his lunch box from home to his class and never put it down until the teacher showed him his cubby hole. He had a place card for his class room where he would sit. He bounded in and almost forgot to give me a hug and then he remembered and bounded back with a huge neck hug and a kiss on the cheek for his Momma. I have to admit... I teared up, but held myself back. Joshua was asking for him as we drove out of the parking lot, but for the most part this is how I would choose to remember his first day of play school. Now... I can't wait to pick him up at 2pm and ask him all about his day!

It really does feel like yesterday that I took my Jacob to preschool for the first time.

Good job of being brave Mommy. It is hard.
Hopefully your little man is better at giving details than Morgan. The well runs dry quick with her.
