My yankee BFF left yesterday and I am recuperating from our visit. It is never long enough and I always feel so tired after she leaves. We really took it easy, but I think the long talks and non-stop banter is what wears me out. I'm so used to my conversations with little people that adult conversation can wear you out. It was nice to have a break from the mundane and to do it with someone you adore is even better! I can't wait for our next visit! This one was long over due.
