Dream Dinners
I signed up for a session at Dream Dinners this week. I've wanted to try one of these places for awhile and finally bit the bullet and decided to try it. My MIL is going with me and I anticipate a fun time together. I love to cook and I love to eat. Have you ever done this type of thing before? Any tips or suggestions for my experience would be appreciated.

I have been wanting to do this too, yet we no longer have a freezer so no place to keep the goodies once they're assembled. Have a good time.
I did this once about a year ago. I was so excited about this, but we didn't end up eating many of the dishes. Hopefully, your experience will be better. BTW, the worst part of it was the defrosting. Everything was put into aluminum. My problem is that I defrost things in the microwave. ANd it took FOREVER to thaw out in the refrigerator.
